Getting listed in Talent Finder

Managers discover people through Talent Finder and the Application Manager's portfolio suggestions, and they can only find portfolios that are listed. The Studio at /creatives/portfolio/ shows your listing status at a glance.

The switch

On the Share page, Show my profile in the agency is the master switch. When it is on, managers see the same version of your portfolio you share publicly, with the same section visibility. Switching it off removes you from their search immediately, and your choice is kept.

The checklist

The listing card tells you what is still missing. To be listed you need a name, a profile photo, a profession, a country, a contact email, a description or at least one visible Work & Projects entry, the agency switch on, and no password on your main portfolio link.

The password rule

Managers cannot open a password-protected portfolio, so a password on the main link removes you from the agency for as long as it is set. If some people should need a password, keep the main link public and create a password-protected custom link for them instead. Custom links are never shown inside the agency.

Compile and refresh

When everything is complete, click Compile my listing. Your portfolio is analysed and added to the search index, which can take a moment. After you edit content later, the card says your listing is out of date and offers Refresh my listing; until you refresh, managers find the previous version.

Related settings

Portfolio settings hold a separate switch, Allow AI tools to use my portfolio content, for your own AI features. If your profile was suspended from discovery by an administrator, the card says so; contact support if you think that is a mistake.
