Multidisciplinary Designer

SSTIL Agency is seeking a mid-level multidisciplinary designer to join one of their client teams in Madrid.

You will work on either an Energy or Pharmaceutical client account, designing and adapting creative assets for digital and print media. Responsibilities include preparing production-ready artwork, creating presentations, brochures, posters, packaging, stationery, and event materials, designing content for websites and social media, generating and editing images and videos using AI-powered tools, developing visual identities while maintaining brand consistency, and managing multiple projects and deadlines. You'll collaborate closely with both the creative team and the client's team.

Required skills include mid-level design experience, strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong self-management abilities. Experience with Energy/Pharmaceutical sectors and AI tools is advantageous.

The role offers a permanent employment contract, 25 days annual leave plus birthday off, hybrid working model with two days per week at the client's Madrid office, company MacBook Pro equipment, monthly one-to-one meetings, and annual performance reviews. Standard hours 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in August). Six-month probation period applies.
