In-House Content Creator
ABOUT KOKOMO, an independent creative studio and production agency at the intersection of fashion, design, and contemporary lifestyle, is seeking an In-House Content Creator for a part-time role (20–30 hours per week).
THE MISSION
You will own the visual narrative and digital ecosystem of ABOUTKOKOMO. You will actively collaborate with the internal creative team, defining how the in-house brand looks, feels, and communicates. You will translate studio drops, creative process, and agency philosophy into high-fidelity content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and web platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• In-House Brand Building: Develop and elevate a cohesive visual language that unifies Instagram, LinkedIn, and website presence.
• Multi-Platform Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit rhythmic, editorial-grade short-form video and digital assets.
• Platform-Tailored Storytelling: Transform raw craft and studio drops into impactful Instagram Posts and Reels, document studio evolution and processes into engaging social stories, and curate portfolio moments into web features.
• Studio Capture: Document in-house teams, founders, creative crew, and production crew during 1–2 studio capture days per week to capture raw creative energy, team dynamics, and high-end craft.

• Aesthetic Eye: You live at the intersection of design, fashion, and contemporary culture with a strong point of view and grounded creative suggestions.
• Brand Builder Mindset: You understand that content builds authentic, premium brand impact over time.
• Cross-Platform Fluent: You instinctively grasp how visual and tonal language shifts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and web platforms.
• High-Fidelity Editor: You bring strong editing skills in sound design, video pacing, typography, and photo/graphic design, thriving in self-organized environments.
REQUIREMENTS
• Portfolio showcasing multi-platform storytelling, high-end editing, and brand curation.
• Mastery of CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma/Adobe CC.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling for social channels and web touchpoints.
• Based in or near Berlin for on-site studio capture days (1–2 days per week).
