Visual Design Assistant

Sephora is seeking a Visual Design Assistant to provide operational support in the development, production and implementation of in-store animation materials, communication tools and digital content across the store network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with European teams to receive and adapt creative assets for local production
• Translate and adapt copy and creative guidelines for external agencies
• Prepare distribution plans and manage printing/production processes
• Maintain Animation Book and support presentations for Operational Committee meetings
• Prepare agency briefs for promotional and in-store communication materials
• Manage and schedule digital content across in-store screens
• Provide operational support to stores for material management

Requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Design or related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to travel for mock-up reviews and in-store activations
• Occasional overnight availability (up to 5 nights per year)
• Previous experience in luxury, fashion, beauty or retail environments is a plus
