Coordinating Producer, Vanity Fair Video

Vanity Fair is seeking a Coordinating Producer to join its fast-paced video team. This role partners closely with senior producers and directors to produce, edit, and occasionally direct high-impact digital video content. You will support production and post-production of editorial video across YouTube and social platforms, with a particular focus on editing social-first content.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support YouTube and social video productions from pre-production through final delivery
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts channels
• Support production logistics including call sheets, equipment, locations, and on-set needs
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, external production companies, crews, and talent
• Conduct research for talent, projects, locations, and editorial needs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in editing and/or production
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience editing for social platforms
• Strong editorial sensibility and understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Passion for news, entertainment, and culture
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
