Browsing opportunities
Everything managers publish appears at /jobs/. An opportunity can be a job, a casting call, an open call, a grant, or a residency — standalone, or attached to a project.
Searching and filtering
Browse is a direct text search with filters — discipline, location, and type. It looks at what is published on the platform and matches on the words in the listing, so try more than one wording if the first search is thin.
This is not the same as Job Finder. Browse shows you what is published here; Job Finder is the AI feature that also goes looking beyond the platform. Browsing is free; Job Finder runs draw on your credit balance.
Saving opportunities
Bookmark anything worth a second look. Your saved list is at /jobs/?saved=1. Saving is useful when a call is right but you need time to put material together.
Reading a listing properly
- Dates and location first — most mismatches are here, and finding out early saves everyone time.
- Terms — paid, expenses, or unpaid. Decide before you invest effort.
- What they actually ask for — answering the question asked is most of what separates applications.
Being found instead
Applying is one channel. Managers also search directly for people, so a complete portfolio brings work to you without you applying for it. Do both.
Nothing fits?
What is published at any moment is a snapshot. Save your searches, check back, and use Job Finder to look wider.
