The Booking Sheet

In the Studio at /creatives/portfolio/, add the optional Booking Sheet section. It holds what a client, casting, venue, or agency asks for before booking: what you get booked for, your rates, key facts, your terms and requirements, and optionally your reach if you get booked for your audience. Turn the section off any time.

You start with two rates and can add up to six with + Add another rate. Each has a unit, such as per day or per performance, and a currency, and can be marked as starting-at or negotiable. Set each rate to Shown on sheet or Hidden. An empty rate slot does not count as a rate.

Download booking sheet (PDF) on the Share page gives you the same content as a ready-to-send PDF with a QR code back to your portfolio. Attach it when someone asks for your rates.

Booking inquiries

Switch on Accept booking inquiries on my portfolio on the Share page, and your public portfolio shows a Book / Inquire button. Logged-in users can message you directly; everyone else fills in a short spam-protected form. Every inquiry lands in your Pocket CRM, and you get a notification and an email with the sender's details. See the article on answering portfolio inquiries.

Showing or hiding your email

In the Contact section of the Studio, Inquiries come in through portfolio inquiry form is on by default. Your email then stays private, and visitors reach you only through the Book / Inquire button. Turn it off to show your email button as well.

This setting only takes effect while booking inquiries are on in Share; otherwise your email button is shown. Only you, as the portfolio owner, can change it — collaborators with edit access cannot.

Availability

Connect an iCal feed from your own calendar in the Studio and your portfolio shows when you are available, with the number of days ahead and whether event names are visible under your control. Visitors can use Request availability, which opens the inquiry form even when your email is hidden.

Save contact

Visitors can download your contact details as a vCard with Save contact, so your name and portfolio link land straight in their address book.
