Your Pocket CRM

Updated This content is in English — use your browser’s translate feature to read it in your language.

The Pocket CRM on your Dashboard at /creatives/agents/ is where the people who already book you live. Most work comes from people you have worked with before, which makes this the highest-value part of your side of the platform.

What to keep in it

  • Bookers, promoters, and venues.
  • Clients and repeat customers.
  • Collaborators and people who refer work to you.
  • Leads you saved from Client Finder, and inquiries from your portfolio.

Adding contacts

The CRM header has Import and + Add.

  • By hand — free, and the right way to bring in the people you already know.
  • From a URL — point at a venue or company page and have the contact built from it. This uses AI and pens; the cost is shown first.
  • From an image — a business card or a screenshot. Also AI, also charged.
  • From a file — import a list. See the article on importing contacts into your CRM.
  • From Client Finder — save leads straight from a run.
  • From your portfolio — booking inquiries arrive as contacts automatically.

Pipeline stages

Each contact sits at a stage: New, Contacted, Talking, Negotiating, Confirmed, Later, or Declined. Move people along as things progress, so the list shows where every conversation stands.

Activity history

Each contact carries the history of your relationship: when you last played there, what you were paid, who you dealt with, what was said. This is the part that pays off a year later, when you need to remember whether they said "come back in autumn".

Following up is the whole point

A CRM you only write into does nothing. Set a follow-up when you close a conversation, and work the list rather than waiting to be contacted. Follow-ups also show in your daily digest. Mark one done there, or with Mark done under the contact's next follow-up, and it is done in both places. Ask Spotty who you have not spoken to in a while.

Drafting outreach

You can have an outreach email drafted from a contact. It uses pens, shows the cost first, and should be edited before sending.

Privacy

Your CRM is private to you. No manager and no other user can see it.
