Who can see your data

The platform is owner-scoped: what you create belongs to you, and other users cannot reach it.

Manager side

• Managers never see other managers' projects, applications, or rosters. There is no shared pool and no cross-account browsing.
• Your roster, including notes, tags, ratings, and files, is private to you.
• Your applications inbox is private to you.
• Co-admins you explicitly invite to a project can see that project. That is the only way another account gains access, and you can revoke it.

Talent side

• Your portfolio is what managers can find — that is its purpose. You control what goes in it.
• Some portfolio material can be marked as agency-only rather than public.
• Applications you submit are visible to the manager who received them, not to other managers or other applicants.
• Your CRM contacts, your calendar, and your task board are private to you.

What is public by design

Published listings are public — that is how people find them. Publicly shared portfolios and any share links you create are reachable by anyone holding the link. Community posts are visible to the community.

Spotty

Spotty only ever searches the data belonging to the account it is talking to. It cannot look into another user's records.

Being found by managers

Discovery is how the platform works, but you have a say in it. If you do not want your profile surfaced in Talent Finder results, you can request that — see the article on exporting or deleting your data for how to exercise your data protection rights.
