AI & your data

Several parts of the platform use AI, and we mark them so you always know when you are dealing with a machine rather than a person. The full public notice is at /ai-transparency/.

Where AI is used

• Spotty — the assistant on the manager side, the talent side, and the limited public preview on our website.
• Finders — Talent Finder, Job Finder, and Client Finder search and rank candidates, opportunities, and leads.
• Application analysis — scoring and summarising applications for managers.
• Drafting — emails, application letters, outreach messages, listing and project drafts, and form fields.
• Helpers — CSV column mapping, building a contact from a URL or image, and application autofill.

You are always told

Every chat surface shows a disclosure that you are talking to an AI system. Finder screens carry a compact version with a link to the full notice. Text drafted by AI is marked as machine-generated so it can be recognised as such downstream.

Human judgement stays required

AI output here is advisory. Application analysis shows a human-oversight notice precisely because a score must not be the thing that decides about a person — a manager reads the application and decides. The same applies to finder rankings: they are a starting point for you to review, not a verdict.

What happens to your data

AI features process the data you give them to produce your result. Always review before sending

AI drafts can be confidently wrong. Check names, dates, fees, and claims before anything leaves the platform under your name.
