AI & Spotty

How Spotty works, what it remembers, the weekly brief, job helpers, and how AI uses your data.

What Spotty can do Spotty is the AI assistant built into the platform. It answers questions, searches your data and the web, remembers what you ask it to, and can keep an eye on work between visits. Getting good answers from Spotty How to phrase requests, attach files, stop a reply, pick up since last time, ask Spotty to remember something, and rate answers so bad ones can cost you nothing. Rating answers and results Thumbs up or down on Spotty replies and finder results, what the reasons mean, when pens come back, and when feedback earns a one-pen credit. Action cards and approvals Spotty proposes actions as cards you approve or reject. Companion helpers use the same cards. Nothing that changes your data or spends credits happens without your click. AI & your data Which parts of the platform use AI, what happens to the data you put in, which memory and search copies are opt-in, and where human judgement stays required. Job helpers and the Companion Companion is Spotty between visits: a scheduled opportunity scout, approve cards for a paid search or a draft, and an optional weekly Circle digest. Checks are free; cards use your weekly pen budget. What Spotty remembers Spotty can keep a few notes about you, and can search copies of your private messages and drafts, only if you switch each of those on. Both are off by default and only you can see them. The weekly brief from Spotty Once a week, Spotty can write you three sentences about your week: followers, messages, reactions and Job Finder results, tied to what you are working on. Off until you switch it on; costs no pens.
