Rating answers and results
Every Spotty reply and every finder result can be rated. Ratings tell us what works, and for Job Finder they directly shape your next run.
Spotty replies
- Thumbs-up — records a good response. No dialog opens.
- Thumbs-down — asks What went wrong? Pick Wrong facts, Did not do what I asked, Too long, or Something else, and optionally add a note. A reason alone is enough to submit.
Finder results
- Thumbs-up — marks a Good match in one tap.
- Thumbs-down — asks What was wrong with this result? Pick Wrong discipline, Wrong location, Low quality, Duplicate, or Something else. Job Finder and Client Finder also offer Stale listing.
What happens next
- Job Finder — a listing you thumbed down is kept out of your later runs.
- A specific note — can refund the pens for that reply or run. See the article on refunds.
- Everything else — is read by our team and used to improve Spotty and the finders.
The one-pen feedback credit
We do not pay for the tap itself. We pay when your feedback actually changed something:
- Job Finder — when a later run skips a listing you rejected, you get one pen and a notification, Your feedback changed your Job Finder.
- Spotty — when our team looks at a reply you flagged and fixes the problem, you get one pen and a notification, Your Spotty feedback led to a fix.
Each piece of feedback earns the credit once, and credits are capped per day. They appear in your usage history at /billing/usage/.
What you do counts too
You are never asked to rate everything. Some actions already say that a result was useful: copying a Spotty reply, approving an action card, saving a Talent Finder result to your Talent Database, or marking a job as planned or applied. These count as positive feedback on their own and never cost or earn pens.
