How Client Finder works
Client Finder, on the AI Dashboard at /artists/agents/, looks for people and organisations worth approaching — venues, promoters, agencies, production companies, brands, studios.
Why it exists
Most work in the creative industries is never advertised. Job Finder finds what was posted; Client Finder finds who to approach before anything is posted. For working professionals it is often the more valuable of the two.
Running it
Describe the kind of client you want — the type of organisation, the region, the scale, the kind of work you want from them. Runs draw on your credit balance, with the cost shown first.
Be specific about scale. "Venues in the Rhine-Ruhr area that book 200–500 capacity electronic nights" produces usable leads; "music venues" does not.
What you get
Leads with context on who they are and why they were matched, ready to move into your CRM.
What to do with them
- Save the ones worth pursuing into your Pocket CRM.
- Check them yourself — look at what they actually programme before writing.
- Write a short, specific first message. Say why them.
- Log the approach in your CRM and set a follow-up.
Drafting the approach
You can have an outreach email drafted from the CRM. It draws credits and shows the cost. Edit it — a visibly generic approach to a venue you claim to admire does more harm than sending nothing.
Refunds
A run with no results refunds automatically; poor results refund when you rate them down.
