Reaching more applicants
Publishing a listing is the start, not the end. The reach tools help you get to the right people and show you which channel actually brings applicants.
Check reach before you publish
In the listing editor, or under Visibility and reach in a project's application settings, click Check reach. It compares your draft with the portfolios listed on The Pending and shows a tier (low, fair, strong) plus concrete hints: a clearer role title, a location, a listing type, a budget, a longer description, or roles. Nothing is saved and nothing is charged.
Matches & invites
In the Application Manager at /applications/, Matches & invites opens a panel with two parts:
- Invite candidates — send a personal invitation to apply by email, with the listing link attached. It works even with nothing selected.
- Talent that fits this listing — portfolios on The Pending that match, labelled Strong Match, Good Match, or Possible Match. View portfolio, Invite to apply with the address prefilled, or Dismiss to hide someone for this listing only. Pick a listing under By listing first, because matches are found per listing.
Only creatives who opted into being listed appear here, and invitations are always sent by you — nothing is sent automatically.
Share & reach
Once you pick a project or listing, Share & reach opens a panel with:
- Landing page — what applicants see when they open your link, with View landing page and Edit.
- Share kit — a tracked link per channel with its click count and a Copy button. Add your own with New channel link, for example a partner newsletter or a website banner. The full share kit adds the share card image and a ready-to-post caption for each social channel, messaging app, and email.
- Reach funnel — share link clicks, landing views, applications started, and applications submitted over the recent period.
Every click and step is counted per channel, cookieless and without personal data. The per-channel breakdown is part of Landing Page Analytics (Professional plan and higher).
Search engines
Public listings are marked up for Google for Jobs and listed in the site's sitemap and job feed automatically. A clear location, pay, and deadline help search engines show the listing. Turn off Show in search engines in the listing editor, or in a project's Visibility and reach settings, if it should stay off search results.
