Senior High Jewelry Designer

FENDI is seeking an experienced Senior High Jewelry Designer to join the Rome atelier. You will design exclusive High Jewelry collections and bespoke custom projects, create detailed hand sketches and precise 3D CAD models, coordinate HJ designer activities, and collaborate with our Paris ateliers throughout the development process. This is a full-time permanent position requiring frequent travel between Rome and Paris offices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design exclusive High Jewelry collections and bespoke custom projects aligned with Maison aesthetic codes
• Create hand sketches and high-aesthetic digital renderings
• Develop detailed 3D models using CAD software
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of HJ design team
• Collaborate with Paris ateliers and relevant departments from concept to execution
• Support sourcing and selection of precious gemstones and materials
• Execute hand-painted and digital gouaches

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years of High Jewelry design experience (7-8 years preferred)
• Proficiency in traditional hand-drawing and advanced CAD jewelry design software
• Fluency in Italian and English required; French strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and willingness to travel frequently
