All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany). The platform is operated by The Pending GmbH, a German company — for us, data protection is not an afterthought. For full details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

If you subscribed on our website, you can manage your plan under Settings → Plans & Billing. Subscriptions purchased through the app are managed via the App Store or Google Play. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Add-on AI Pen packs are one-time purchases — not recurring.
