Assistant, Creative Studio Mainline Leather Goods

Kate Spade New York, a global lifestyle brand under the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Creative Studio Assistant to support the Design Studio in the development, organization, and execution of seasonal product and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling, color, and design.

Key responsibilities include:

• assisting in the creation of seasonal presentation decks and concept boards
• creating realistic product renderings using AI-powered creative tools
• supporting design and development milestones
• maintaining design archives and CAD libraries, coordinating seasonal color palette development
• conducting trend and competitive research
• identifying opportunities to improve studio processes.

The role requires:

• proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in AI-powered creative tools and CAD experience being a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in a creative, fashion, design, or product development environment required
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, collaborative mindset, and genuine interest in handbags, accessories, color, materials, and product design
