RTW Pattern Maker

Pucci is seeking an experienced RTW Pattern Maker to lead the precision and craftsmanship in pattern creation, transforming designs into technically accurate templates for prototyping and production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate patterns in Lectra CAD system from sketches, 3D briefs, or draping
• Create precise draping with fresh, modern sensibility on dress forms
• Participate in development and production fittings
• Execute rapid and accurate pattern modifications during prototyping and sampling phases
• Create detailed technical documentation in PLM systems
• Ensure compliance with Maison quality and aesthetic standards
• Collaborate with CAD, cutting room, prototyping, and design teams
• Work with product development and industrialization teams on feasibility
• Provide technical input on risk and cost assessments
• Support material compatibility with patterns
• Contribute to advanced pattern-making methods and process improvements

Required Profile:
• Minimum 10 years experience with a luxury brand
• Expert knowledge of Lectra Modaris
• Proven experience with PLM systems
• Advanced draping skills with emphasis on modern, innovative techniques
• Deep understanding of garment construction and fabric properties
• Excellent eye for fit and detail
• Strong sewing skills for accurate placements
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
