Senior Men RTW Designer - Bal
Balenciaga seeks an experienced Senior Men RTW Designer to lead the development of men's ready-to-wear collections. You will collaborate with the creative studio and product development teams to create innovative, cohesive collections that align with the House's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth design research on Men Tailoring based on creative direction
• Present creative proposals through vintage references, 3D models, and sketches
• Select materials aligned with creative brief while respecting development budgets
• Supervise prototype and pre-series realization until final product validation
• Launch prototypes with internal and external suppliers
• Prepare presentation panels and PDFs for fittings
• Attend fittings and participate in standardization processes
• Manage junior designers, assistants, and interns as needed
• Maintain studio organization and standards
Required Qualifications:
• Fashion or design school diploma
• Minimum 6-8 years of Men's RTW design experience in luxury houses
• Strong product sensitivity with excellent knowledge of volumes, garment construction, and materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent English
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous with collaborative mindset
• Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments
