Senior Designer Womenswear

KENZO, a legendary luxury Maison founded in Paris by Kenzo Takada and part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Senior Designer Womenswear to support Creative Direction in conceptualizing and executing women's ready-to-wear collections. Translate seasonal themes into innovative, commercially viable designs while maintaining uncompromising craftsmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to seasonal concepts, creative directions, and mood boards
• Produce design sketches, flat drawings, technical specifications, and print direction
• Manage color palettes, fabric research, and trim selection
• Collaborate with pattern makers, ateliers, and product development teams
• Participate in fittings and ensure accurate translation of creative intent
• Partner with Merchandising, Production, and Studio teams
• Mentor junior design team members and interns
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sustainability innovations

Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline
• 5-8+ years experience in luxury/high-end ready-to-wear
• Expert knowledge of garment construction, tailoring, draping, luxury manufacturing
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong hand-sketching and visual presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Culturally attuned, proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable
