Casting & Talent Development Specialist

We're looking for a passionate Casting & Talent Development Specialist to join our international team and help us discover, nurture and grow exceptional talent for world-class performances. Your impact will include: driving talent acquisition and casting activities, building and managing a strong global talent pipeline, supporting talent onboarding and development, helping artists grow their potential and prepare them for unforgettable productions, and working closely with international talent and creative teams. We're seeking someone with 2–4 years of experience in talent coordination, recruitment or entertainment administration, strong ATS/database management skills, excellent organization and communication abilities, cultural sensitivity, and fluent English. This is an opportunity to not just find talent, but help shape it.
