Sharing Studio access with a manager or collaborator

You can let another Pending account open your portfolio Studio. In the Studio, open Settings with the gear at the top and go to Collaborators. Enter the email of an existing account and choose view or edit.

What each level allows

• View shows them your Studio, including analytics, without any changes.
• Edit lets them change your texts, photos, work items, and Booking Sheet.

Your main link and password, agency visibility, search-engine listing, the public talent showcase, custom links, AI tools, how inquiries reach you, and the collaborator list always stay with you.

Where invitees find your invite

People you invite see it on their Home page under Portfolios shared with you and, if they are managers, in the Studio Access view of their Talent Database. Sharing your card with other managers never passes your Studio access on — every person needs their own grant from you.

Requests from managers

A manager who has you in their Talent Database can ask for access. You get a notification and decide in your collaborator settings: accept, grant view-only instead, or decline. After a decline they cannot ask again for 14 days.

Removing someone

Open Settings, go to Collaborators, and click Remove. Their access ends immediately. Up to five people can hold access or a pending request at the same time.
