Switching between manager and creative

Many people work in both directions: a musician who also books other acts, or a manager who performs. One account can hold both sides.

Your Home page

Switch role, in the menu under your profile picture, opens your Home page at /bridge/. Its Go to section has a Manager Side and a Creative Side card. The side you do not have yet is greyed out.

Adding the other side

On the Home page, choose Enable Manager Access or Enable Creative Access and confirm. Your account then shows as Creative & Manager, and both cards open. Your plan still decides which features you can use on each side.

Opening a page from the other side

If you follow a link to a page that belongs to a side you do not have, you land on your Home page with a short message, such as This page requires a Manager account. Enable that side there, and you are taken straight back to the page you wanted.

Spotty with both sides

With both sides on one account, the Spotty on each side can ask the other for information, for example your CRM on the creative side while you work as a manager. Anything that would change data on the other side arrives as a card you approve first.

Other things on the Home page

Creatives can link a second account, such as a band account, from the Home page and switch into it without signing out. Portfolios other people shared with you also appear there. See the articles on linking a second account and on Studio access.
