Creating your account

You sign up with an email address and a password. There is no separate app to install — everything runs in your browser, and you can write to Spotty in any language.

Choosing your side

During signup you pick the side that matches how you work:

• Manager side — you represent, book, or hire creative talent, or you organise productions, tours, festivals, or campaigns.
• Talent side — you are the creative: a musician, band, DJ, performer, photographer, stylist, or any other discipline.

Your side decides which navigation and features you see. If you work in both directions, you can hold more than one role on the same account and switch between them from the navigation.

Your first ten minutes

If you are on the manager side

1. Add a few people you already work with to your roster.
2. Create a project for something you have running right now.
3. Open Spotty and ask it what to do next — it can open the right editor for you.

If you are on the talent side

1. Fill in your portfolio: bio, profession, experience level, and work samples.
2. Browse opportunities to see what is live.
3. Open the AI Dashboard and add the bookers, venues, and clients you already have to your CRM.

Onboarding help

The first time you open Spotty it acts as an onboarding guide and walks you through setup step by step, offering to open the right screen at each point. You can stop and restart that conversation whenever you like.

Availability of signup is limited in a small number of countries for legal compliance reasons. If signup is blocked for your region you will see a message explaining that at registration.
