Finding your way around

Navigation lives in the header at the top of every page. What you see there depends on which side of the platform you are on.

Manager side

• Applications — the Application Manager, and Settings for how your inbox behaves. A badge on it counts your unread applications.
• Listings — jobs, casting calls, open calls, grants, and residencies you publish.
• Projects — your projects. Each project page links to its task board, and the Tasks card on Your Overview opens your whole task board.
• Talent — Database, your Talent Database of the people you represent, book, or keep close, and Finder, the AI discovery of new people, marked Beta.
• Calendar — appointments, project dates, and team meetings.
• Icons for Spotty, Messages, and Notifications, plus your pens left and Help.

The logo takes you to Your Overview, your starting page.

Creative side

• Dashboard — Job Finder, the Application Assistant for letters and outreach drafts, your Pocket CRM with Client Finder, your digest, your calendar, and your task board.
• Portfolio — opens your portfolio Studio in a new tab.
• Opportunities — browse and filter what is published.
• Applications — everything you have submitted.
• Icons for Messages, Notifications, and Spotty, plus your pens left and Help.

The menu under your profile picture

On both sides it holds Profile Settings, Plans & Billing, Report a bug, and Switch role, which opens your Home page. Creatives also find Edit Portfolio and Workspace Files there.

Community

Community Settings at /community/settings/ hold what Spotty remembers, the weekly brief, private-search consent, and a link to Companion — your job helper at /community/spotty/companion/. Community Guidelines are at /community-guidelines/.

Everywhere

Your pen balance and history are at /billing/usage/. This Help Center is always at /help/, and you can search it at /help/search/.

On a phone

The creative side works on a phone. There your profile picture at the top right opens one menu: your name with View portfolio, your pens, then Dashboard, Opportunities, Applications with a count of your open applications, and Spotty Chat. Below them, Support holds Help and Report a bug, and Account holds Settings (Profile, Plans & Billing, Workspace Files), Switch role, and Sign out.

The manager workspace is built for a computer: on a phone you can look around, and a Built for desktop notice says the full layout needs a larger screen. Dismiss it once and it stays hidden in that browser.
