The Pending Agency is a connection platform for the creative industries. Our motto is connected by creativity. You use it to manage the connections you already have, deepen them, and build new ones — including connections you never expected to be valuable.

What the platform is for

Managing existing relationships and establishing new ones is the product. Community, artist relations, and representation sit at the centre. Everything else — listings, applications, castings, finders — is a channel that serves those connections.

A defining promise is surfacing valuable connections where you did not expect one: a photographer who turns out to be right for a tour campaign, a venue booker who becomes a long-term collaborator, a manager in an adjacent field who opens a door.
