Plans and what they include
Your plan decides which capabilities are switched on for your account. Compare the current tiers and prices on the pricing page — managers at /billing/pricing/, talent at /billing/artist-pricing/. Prices and tier names are always current there, so check the page rather than relying on a number you read somewhere else.
What plans control
On the manager side, plan-controlled capabilities include:
- Talent Finder, plus saving profiles from results and contacting people directly from results.
- Roster Manager — the full roster with notes, files, CSV import and export, sharing, pipeline stages, and custom roles.
- Client / Lead Finder for finding clients and leads.
- Project Manager and Team Collaboration (co-admins on projects and roster).
- Job Listings — standalone listings that receive applications.
- Application Manager and agent submissions.
- AI Email Generation, inbound email and sender identities.
- Task Board and Calendar Sync.
- Enterprise-style options such as White Label and Public Roster Share.
On the talent side, plan-controlled capabilities include Portfolio Analytics, Custom Share Links, and full-resolution uploads.
What is not gated by plan
Spotty is available on every plan, including free. Its usage is metered in PEN credits rather than locked behind a tier.
When you hit a locked feature
If you open something your plan does not include, you get a clear message explaining which feature it is and what unlocks it. On some screens lower tiers can browse the page but not make changes, so you can see what a feature does before deciding.
Changing plan takes effect on your account immediately. Credits and plan entitlements are separate things: your plan says which features you can use, credits say how much AI work you can run.
