Changing or cancelling your plan

Updated This content is in English — use your browser’s translate feature to read it in your language.

You can change or end your subscription yourself at any time. Nothing requires you to call or email us.

Changing plan

Open the pricing page — /billing/pricing/ for managers, /billing/artist-pricing/ for talent — and pick the tier you want. Upgrades take effect on your account straight away, so features that were locked become available immediately.

When you move down a tier, features that the lower tier does not include stop being available. Your data is not deleted: rosters, projects, listings, applications, and portfolios all stay exactly as they are, and come back as soon as you move up again.

Cancelling

Cancellation runs through a dedicated page at /cancel-subscription/. You confirm there, and the cancellation is processed automatically — there is no retention call, no form to email, and no waiting for someone to reply.

You keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to the free tier.

What happens to your credits

PEN credits already in your balance stay in your balance. Your plan allowance stops renewing once the subscription ends.

What happens to your data

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your data stays available under the free tier. If you want the data itself removed, that is a separate step — see the article on exporting or deleting your data.

Invoices

Billing history and your credit usage are at /billing/usage/.
