Getting help
There are three ways to get an answer, in the order that usually gets you there fastest.
1. Search the Help Center
Every article here is written around one task. Go to /help/ and browse by category, or search directly at /help/search/. Articles are grouped by audience, so the manager guide and the talent guide stay separate.
2. Ask Spotty
Spotty reads this Help Center. When you ask a "how do I..." or "what is..." question, it searches these articles first and answers from them, then offers to open the exact screen you need. Managers use Spotty; talent uses Spotty Chat.
Spotty answers in your language — write to it in whatever language you are comfortable in.
3. Send a question to the founder
If Spotty genuinely cannot answer something — a capability question, a workflow the platform does not cover yet, or a partnership or enterprise question — it can pass your question straight to the founder, and you get a reply by email. Just ask Spotty to send your question on.
Reporting a problem
If something looks broken, note what you were doing and which page you were on, then send it through Spotty or to the founder. Screenshots help.
If an AI result was wrong or useless, use the thumbs-down button on that result instead — that both flags it and, in most cases, returns the credits automatically.
