Editing a creative's portfolio from your Talent Database

Creatives with a portfolio on The Pending show an Access button on their talent card in your Talent Database. Click it to ask for access. The creative decides — they can grant edit, grant view-only, or decline.

Once accepted, the button turns into Studio and opens their portfolio in the Studio in a new tab. A banner reminds you whose portfolio you are editing.

All your Studios in one place

The Studio Access view of your Talent Database lists every creative who granted you access, even if they are not saved in your database, and shows waiting invites at the top with a count. Access is personal: sharing a talent card with a colleague or adding them as a project co-admin does not give them your Studio access — they can ask the creative themselves.

What stays with the creative

Their public link and password, visibility switches, custom links, AI tools, the collaborator list, and how inquiries reach them are theirs alone. Those sections show as locked.

Creatives who opted out of agency visibility cannot be asked, and a creative can remove your access at any time.
