Co-admins and team access

A co-admin is a colleague who shares management access with you. It is how a team works the same project without sharing one login.

Adding one

Open the project at /projects/ and add the co-admin from there. You can also ask Spotty to open the co-admin manager. They receive an invitation and get access once they accept.

What a co-admin can do

Within the work you granted, they can act as a manager: see the project, handle its applications, and work with the people attached to it. The point is genuine shared responsibility, not read-only viewing.

What they cannot do

• They do not gain access to your other projects.
• They do not get your billing or account settings.
• They are still bound by the same rule as everyone else — no manager sees another manager's unrelated data.

Removing access

Revoke a co-admin from the same screen. Access ends immediately. Work they already did — notes, decisions, replies — stays with the project, as it should.

Co-admin, invitation, or share link?

• Co-admin — a colleague who works the project with you.
• Invitation — asking a specific creative to take part in the project. See the article on sending invitations.
• Share link — showing a roster selection to someone outside, with no access at all.
